This Privacy Policy explains how KnewSearch, operated by Hendricks Agency LLC ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use knewsearch.com and the KnewSearch service.

  • Information you provide: your email, the domain and competitors you ask us to monitor, and account settings.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing details and subscription status from Stripe.
  • Usage and device data: standard log data and, if you consent where required, analytics about how you use the site (for example via Google Analytics).
  • Scan data: the public-web and AI-engine results associated with the domains you submit.

How we use information

  • To run scans, generate reports, and operate your account.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send service email (welcome, sign-in, and report emails).
  • To measure marketing performance and improve the Service.
  • To detect abuse and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under their respective terms: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, authentication, database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), DataForSEO and AI engine providers (citation measurement), and Google Analytics (site analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep account and scan data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
